Patient Grievance / Complaint Process Statement

The Western PA Surgery Center is committed to providing safe, high-quality care and respecting the rights of every patient. If you have a concern, complaint, or grievance regarding your care or services received at our facility, you have the right to report it without fear of discrimination or retaliation. Patients or their representatives may submit concerns verbally or in writing to any staff member or directly to the Center Administrator. All complaints and grievances will be reviewed promptly and handled according to the center’s formal grievance process. Patients will be informed of the outcome of the review when appropriate.
